Stored above the queen excluder, away from brood and pollen – biologically clean & raw.
Supering technique: Honey is stored high in the hive, above the excluder – never mixed with brood, eggs or larvae.
No shortcuts: Non-thermal handling downstream keeps that purity intact – from frame to jar.
Layer 2.3 harvest: We selectively draw only from the 2nd–3rd super layers, where the honey is fully capped, ripened and biologically clean.
The result is a genuinely raw, low-moisture, enzyme-rich honey – the cleanest expression of each terroir.
